The 10′ x 110 Ton New Haco Press Brake SynchroMaster (SRM) is Haco’s entry level machine. These high quality European built press brakes come standard with user friendly 2D graphical control.
Each 10′ x 110 Ton New Haco Press Brake Synchromaster has an intuitive user friendly control for 2D applications with graphical support during work piece design and production cycle. The control features automatic bending sequence calculation, collision detection and program generation.

- Intuitive Multi-touch control: The EASYBEND control sets a new standard in the market for flexible, reliable and high precision sheet metal bending. Driven by state-of-the-art PC-based hardware, the system allows for very fast data processing and highly accurate calculation of the optimal bending programs for SynchroMaster hydraulic CNC press brakes.
- Top tooling: The ES clamping system allows you to have the widest selection of tools on the European market. The various systems offered will allow you to optimize tool changeover times to the maximum.
- EasyBEND-2D control
- Table: The table allows you to accommodate a wide variety of bottom tools. The alignment system allows you to charge the bottom tools without adjustment for time savings and optimal precision.
- Backgauge: The motorized backgauge minimizes adjustment times to the bare minimum. The fingers have 3 contact/support surfaces to adapt to different shapes of parts and to ensure stable positioning.
- Safety: The machine has various components to ensure the user’s safety.
- Advantages: Frame made of rigid, high-thickness welded sheet. Large opening and stroke for optimized user comfort. Very wide variety of choices: more than thirty models of different lengths and capacities. Modern and aesthetic design.
- Intermediate clamping with height 6″ (all models ≤ 350 Ton), height 5″ HD version ( all models = 440 Ton)
- The SynchroMaster is standard equipped with a rigid and accurate X back gauge featuring average travelling speeds. Optional X-R (height programming), X-R-Z/Z’ (symmetric finger programming) and X-R-Z1-Z2 (asymmetric finger programming) are available for increasing your range of applications.
