- The model CC C-frame press is perfect for applications requiring center-loads or even tonnage across the bed. Available in tonnages from 35 up to 300 tons (larger tonnages available with special quote). A Hydraulic press of this type offers full tonnage throughout the stroke and 3 ram speeds (fast approach, slow press and fast return). This is useful for a variety of work such as forming, 50% punching capacity, drawing plus any other even tonnage application. With exceptional speeds and bed sizes as well long stroke and open height, you will find the base machine to fit most customer requirements.
MODEL DC C-FRAME PRESS
The model DC is an exceptionally heavy duty C-frame style press that is specifically designed to handle virtually any application. It is perfect for applications requiring off-center and center-loads and un-even and even tonnages across the bed. Available in tonnages from 40 up to 600 tons (larger tonnages available with special quote). It can be used for metalworking, plastics, fabrics and many other materials as well.
The model DC has an open gap frame and an extremely heavy duty box-guided ram with 8 way gibbing. Due to the mass of the guides in combination with the incomparable drive system, the model DC is made for all applications including front to back and left to right off-center loading.
This combination is the most effective way to guide the ram and provide the precision most facilities require. The ram is powered by a very efficient hydraulic power plant utilizing low pressure (under 3,000 psi) to guarantee long life of the system. This system powers the single machine tool quality cylinder shaft made of turned ground and polished chrome.
A Hydraulic press of this type offers full tonnage throughout the stroke and 3 ram speeds (fast approach, slow press and fast return). This is useful for a variety of work such as forming, punching, drawing plus any other even tonnage application. With exceptional speeds and bed sizes as well long stroke and open height, you will find the base machine to fit most customer requirements.
The model DC comes with (2) 5/8″ t-slots machined in the bed and ram and is available with additional slots and/or drilled and tapped holes added for tool mounting. There are a wide variety of options to choose from as well to customize the press to your exact needs.
