The DC-1200CNC high production, horizontal CNC band saws from DoALL are highly efficient, automatic, hydraulically controlled machines with multiple material feeds. Designed for vertical cuts, the DC-1200CNC is ideal for serial production in industrial settings.
Thanks to the robust construction of the DC-1200CNC, it is possible to cut a wide range of full and profile materials including stainless and tool steel. In addition, the “box” or enclosed design provides very safe operation. A large variety of optional accessories are available to customize the machine for specific sawing requirements.

- Colored Siemens touch screen. The blade guides are hard metal plates with replaceable carbide faces. The lead in bearings are cast iron pulleys.
- Guide arm movement of the blade is independent for left and right. The saw guide arm can be moved close to the material.
- Hydraulic band tensioner
- The band brush is driven electrically and ensure perfect cleaning of the blade.
- There is a planetary gear box drive and a three-phase electric motor with variable frequency drive controls the blade speed.
- The cooling system for emulsion leading to the guides of the blade and by Locline system directly to the cut groove.
- Indication of blade tightening and the opening of the cover.
