New HydMech NC Controlled Measuring System Arostop AS-30-S Specifications:

The AS 30 S, NC controlled measuring system with automatic movement of the flip over stop, equipped with an operating panel mounted in a standing foot. This system can be used for sawing machines with a clamping capacity till 11.8” and is suitable for low weight and medium weight material.

This system can also be used at a drilling machine, horizontal press, punching machine or steelworker. The system can be used on the left or right side from the machine.

The system consists of a big folded angular steel strip with a linear guide of 30 mm mounted on it, a servo motor for the manual flip over stop, two low friction linear roller guides. The complete system can easily be mounted on practically every roller table.

Standard is the system equipped with a retraction function, measuring tongue function (measuring tongue optional) and incremental function. If the system has been equipped with a measuring tongue, it will be possible to measure over the full length of the system, without measuring tongue the effective measuring length is +/- 15.75”.

The system is delivered complete including control box, mounting brackets, cable support, cables, gearbox, and servo motor.

The system can easily be composed to the length which is needed by the client. The AROSTOP AS 30 S consists of a basic component of 6.81’ and can be extended with components of 6.3’.

The complete system is delivered in a strong wooden crate with deposit.
