New HydMech NC Controlled Measuring System Arostop AS-65-S Specifications:
The AS 65 S is an NC controlled measuring system with automatic movement of the flip over stop. It is equipped with pedestal mounted operating panel. This system can be used for sawing machines with a clamping capacity up to 25.5” and is suitable for medium and heavy weight material.
This system can also be with a drilling machine, horizontal press, punching machine or steelworker. It can be used on the left or right side of the machine.
The system consists of an angular steel strip with a linear guide of 1.75” mounted on it, servo motor for the manual flip over stop, and two low friction linear roller guides. The complete system can easily be mounted on any roller table.
The system is equipped with a retraction function, measuring finger function (measuring finger optional) and incremental function. If the system has the optional measuring finger installed, it will be possible to measure over the full length of the system – all the way to the blade of the saw, bridging the gap between the work stop carriage and the blade. Without the measuring tongue the effective measuring length is +/- 15.75”.
The system is delivered with everything required for set up: control box, mounting brackets, cable support, cables, gearbox, and servo motor. The system can easily be modified to measure any length. The AROSTOP AS 65 A allows the user to measure a length of up to 6.81’ and can be expanded with the optional extension of 6.2’. Multiple extensions can be used.
