The KENT CNC KHA Series is designed for maximum efficiency within a compact footprint. With a newly redesigned splash guard, it reduces floor space usage by 15% compared to previous models, allowing more flexibility in facility layout. Built for power and performance, the KHA Series features a 12,000 rpm spindle with a 33.5/29.5 hp (25/22 kW) motor and 172 ft-lb (233 Nm) of torque, making it ideal for machining both aluminum alloys and steel—perfect for industries like automotive, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and general parts manufacturing.
Engineered for high-speed, high-efficiency machining, the KHA Series benefits from a completely reimagined casting structure. It includes triple-point support on the machine bed, a double-wall column design, and high-rigidity linear guideways on all three axes for enhanced structural stability. These enhancements, combined with faster three-axis rapid traverse, pallet/tool changes, and B-axis positioning, help reduce non-cutting time by 10%–30%, delivering a serious boost to overall machining productivity.
