A direct-drive servo motor is coupled directly to the ballscrew, eliminating transmission errors and enhancing positioning precision.
Optimized for performance, the KHG Series delivers a rapid traverse speed of 787 in/min (20 m/min) across all three axes, minimizing idle time and boosting overall productivity. The machine is also equipped with a 2-speed geared headstock, capable of delivering up to 973 ft-lb (1,319 Nm) of torque, making it ideal for demanding cutting operations across a wide range of industries.
