The KTMH-Series Horizontal Machining Center is engineered for streamlined production with a simple structure that’s easy to maintain and a chip conveyor that can be repositioned to the rear, allowing flexible integration into various production layouts. It also supports multiple optional features like carriers, area sensors, start buttons, and oil mist collectors to meet specific operational needs. For enhanced accuracy, an optional spindle cooler manages machine temperature, minimizes heat transfer, and reduces thermal deformation—especially beneficial for spindles operating above 10,000 rpm.
Designed for high rigidity, precision, and efficiency, the KTMH-Series features coolant-through spindle technology, double chip augers, and a 24-tool random selection magazine for fast tool changes. It’s equipped with high-precision linear guides, large-diameter ball screws, and a preloaded design to mitigate thermal expansion. Direct-drive couplings between servo motors and ball screws ensure accurate power transmission and eliminate clamping errors, making it ideal for high-speed, high-precision machining environments.
