Lagun’s TM Cross Moving Mill, a travel column mill with a cross moving column which moves parallel to the ram.  With a compact and robust design, this milling machine is ideal for bulky, heavy-duty jobs requiring high-precision accuracy.  Lagun’s TM mill is built with a modular configuration, which means all models in this spectacular line have interchangeable slides, rams and columns.  This design method endows each machine with enhanced rigidity, precision and ergonomic working comfort for the operator.

Additionally the sturdy, oversized mill bed comes with reinforced ribbing, fortifying its stability during heavy milling.  The hardy rotary table, measuring at 59″ x 59″ with an optional 71″ x 71″ size, column slide and ram systems come designed with roller/shoes that exceed the manufacturing requirements.  Designed to be as close to the column as possible, the mills ram placement ensures a sturdy column-slide-ram assembly.  This results in a rigid and light slide for vertical movement.  To correct any ram deflection during cross movement they come equipped with special wedges.

• Optimal care in the design of chip and coolant removal.  Channels around the entire bed perimeter, full enclosure, double built-in chip extractor, with easy access to the machine and perfect visibility of the working area
• The TM milling machine is the most intelligent machine solution for 5-sided machining in workpieces with a wide variety of shapes and surfaces to be machined where access is complicated.  Combines the Y-axis and V-axis
