Kingston’s CJ-22C CNC teach lathe exchanges the gearbox for a faster, more accurate direct drive system – perfect for live tooling. Now shipping with the intuitive new conversational Kingston App, it is easier than ever before to reduce cycle times and increase repeatability using CNC technology. This model features direct drive, 22″ swing over bed, lengths from 40″-120″, and is equipped with the user-friendly Fanuc 0iTF Plus controller with hand wheels for a convenient teach-in operating experience. A VDI-30 live tooling turret-along with a Fanuc servo motor and C-Axis hydraulic braking system allows the operator to drill bolt hole patterns, mill keyways, square off the ends of parts, and fully expand the potential of this lathe. Ideal for a machine shop requiring Live Tooling, those transitioning to CNC, and for technical schools that train machinists, the CJ-22C and its intuitive conversational programming language are a perfect bridge between manual skills and actual CNC programming.
